We asked chefs from around the New York area to shout out favorite places that have opened since the beginning of the year. That includes a power steakhouse in the downtown financial district that dares to top mozzarella sticks with caviar, a Peruvian wine bar in Harlem, and the reincarnation of Eleven Madison Park as a plant-based restaurant.
