Join us to celebrate Chef Driven's inaugural Forgotten Foods Festival, an homage to dishes that have all but disappeared from today's dining scene. Running at our restaurants across the city from March 28th to April 6th.
Executive Chef and Partner Ari Bokovza grew up learning to cook in his grandmother’s kitchen in Israel. These forgotten dishes are created from his memories of those leisurely afternoons and weekends, influenced by recipes and flavors from across the Levant.
